How long does a bathroom remodel take?

It depends on the scope: a shower conversion moves faster than a full gut. You get a written timeline with your quote.

Can you turn my tub into a walk-in shower?

Yes. It is one of the most common jobs we do. We take the tub out, waterproof the area, and build the shower in the same space.

How do you keep water out of the walls?

Every shower gets a waterproof membrane on the walls and floor and a proper slope to the drain, before any tile goes up.

Can I use another bathroom during the work?

If you have a second bathroom, yes. If it's your only one, tell us and we'll plan the schedule to keep the downtime short.

Does my HOA need to approve it?

Some Fort Myers HOAs ask to approve contractor work or schedules. Send us your HOA's requirements and we'll plan the job around them.

What does the quote include?
